4 STEPS to modify our standard plans

1.	Purchase a plan modification quote A modification quote costs $99.95 and will be deducted from the quoted price to modify plans. A plan modification worksheet, floor layout and elevations for your selected plan will be posted to you to complete and confirm your requested changes. Purchase a plan modification quote online ($99.95)
2.	Complete & return the Plan Modification Worksheet We will review your modifications and provide a quote within 3-5 working days. If the plan modifications are complex your quote will allow for preliminary drawings to be approved by you prior to final plans being completed. For minor changes, an estimate for kitset materials can also be given at this time.
3.	Approval of Modifications Quote To proceed with your modification quote, simply sign the quotation letter and forward with payment.
4.	Modified Plans Completed Your modified plans will be completed and forwarded to you within the time given in your quote. We will also provide a fixed quote for kitset materials following completion of your modified plans.
